As the name Implies Kalika Fitness and Yoga want to create a strong presence in the Field of Yoga by its perseverance, Bringing Changes and creating Healthy Society, making understand the Power of Yoga to the society and destructing the evil of Illness in the society. As per ancient Indian Culture Yoga is the best way to achieve this.

Mrs Sarita Jaiswal Founder of KF Yoga Foundation herself has been practicing Yoga for close to 2 decades now. She has done Bachelors and now Masters in Yoga Shastra and has been enlightening the lives of several Womens and poor peoples through Yoga training sessions and creating employment for the womens.
